URANUS, MISSOURI, March 30- The world’s #5th top-ranked competitive eater, James Webb, from Sydney, Australia, ate 13.5 pounds of Uranus chocolate fudge in eight minutes today to set a new world record. Webb also pulled out of Uranus with the Uranus Galactic Championship belt and $2,500 of Mayor Louie Keen’s cold hard cash.

Sliding into the #2 spot was Geoffrey Esper, from Oxford, Massachusetts, who pounded down 10.75 pounds of fudge out of Uranus. Esper walked away with $1,200 of Uranus Mayor Louie Keen’s cold, hard cash.

Nick Wehry and Miki Sudo, both from Tampa, Florida, took third and fourth place. Wehry received $650 and Sudo earned $400.

In fifth place was Patrick “Deep Dish” Bertolleti from Chicago, Illinois. Bertoletti received $250 for his efforts.

Tying for 11th place were Crazy Legs Conti, New York, NY., and John Gebhard, from Fishers, Indiana. Both consumed 2.25 pounds of chocolate fudge from Uranus.

Amautuer eater Daniel Hueppelshauser, of Crocker, Missouri, gobbled one pound of fudge from Uranus to take 13th place. He edged out Major League Eater Dr. Rene Rovtar of Basking Ridge, New Jersey who came in 14th place.

Seventh- George “The Smorgasboard” Chiger, Pocono Pines, Pennsylvania 5.5 pounds
Eighth-Michelle “Cardboard Shell” Lesco, Tucson, Arizona, 5 pounds
Ninth-Matthew Raible, Edwards, Illinois, 2.5 pounds
Tenth- Jocelyn Young, Sherman, Texas, 2.375 pounds

Before the competition, Mayor Louie Keen announced the 2025 Eating Uranus Fudge Galactic Championship will be held at his #2 location in Anderson, Indiana.
